The personal information we collect is determined based upon your relationship with InfoApp. we endeavor to never collect more personal information than is necessary to provide you with our services and industry information.
We collect a limited amount of personal information to authenticate users and satisfy our contractual obligations. This personal information is provided to us by our customers and sales inquiries for communication purposes to support: establish an audit record for compliance purposes; and to manage and service your account(s). This personal information is never used for any other purpose, and includes:

For all non-customer, InfoApp collects information about your interactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of the products and services that we offer. InfoApp automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your�IP address, InfoApp�cookie information, and certain software and hardware attributes. Some of our business partners may use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers). However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.
InfoApp uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, and conduct research.
Our application integrates with Google Gmail only after explicit user authorization via Google OAuth consent.
The application accesses Gmail data strictly to provide core functionality such as reading emails and generating user-configured alerts. We request only the minimum permissions required for this functionality.
We do not sell, share, transfer, or disclose Gmail data to any third parties. Data is used solely to provide and improve user-requested application features.
All Gmail data is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption and stored on secure servers with restricted access. Industry-standard technical and organizational security measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
Users may revoke Gmail access at any time from their Google Account security settings.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Our application may also integrate with Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365 / Exchange) after explicit user authorization via Microsoft OAuth.
When Outlook integration is enabled, the application accesses email data strictly to provide user-requested functionality such as reading emails and generating deal-related alerts and updates.
We request read-only permissions and do not send emails or modify mailbox content on behalf of users.
Our use of information received from Microsoft APIs complies with Microsoft Graph API and data protection policies. Outlook data is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
Outlook email data is protected using the same security controls as Gmail data, including encrypted transmission, secure storage, and restricted internal access.
We do not sell, share, or disclose Outlook email data to any third parties.
Email data accessed through Outlook integration is retained only for as long as necessary to provide user-requested functionality or meet audit or compliance requirements.
In order to assist users with managing deal activity, relevant email content may be processed using third-party artificial intelligence services (such as OpenAI) to generate concise summaries and insights.
AI processing is performed only to provide user-requested functionality. Data submitted for AI processing is not used to train AI models and is not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver the requested features.
Our application may integrate with third-party CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Email summaries or deal-related activity insights are shared with CRM platforms only after explicit user confirmation. Users retain full control over whether an email summary is added as a deal update within their CRM or InfoApp.
Email data and generated summaries are retained only for as long as necessary to provide user-requested functionality or to meet legal, audit, or compliance obligations.
We retain personal information for a period no longer than is reasonably necessary to provide the services you have requested and thereafter for legitimate legal or business purposes. These retention periods include:
- Those required by law, contract or similar obligations applicable to our business operations
- To preserve, resolve, defend or enforce our legal/contractual rights
- As necessary to maintain adequate and accurate business, compliance, and financial records
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (such as subpoena requests), to protect our property and rights or the property and rights of a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal or unethical.
If you utilize our services from a country other than the country where our servers are located, your communications with us may result in transferring your personal information across international borders. Also, when you call us we may provide you with support from one of our locations outside your country of origin. In these cases, your personal information is handled according to this Privacy Policy.
We limit access to personal information about you to only those employees and consultants who we believe reasonably need to use that information to provide products or services to you, or to do their jobs.
